At The Dapper X, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face a size issue or receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help with an easy exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are applicable only for:
- Size issues
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received

Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Charges
For COD Orders
All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders include a ₹99 shipping charge at checkout.
If you request an exchange for a COD order, an additional ₹99 exchange shipping fee will be applicable.
For Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping during the initial purchase. However, a ₹99 exchange shipping fee will apply for exchanges.
This charge helps cover the logistics involved in the complete exchange process:
- Forward shipping of the original order
- Reverse pickup of the returned product
- Forward shipping of the replacement product
How to Request an Exchange
You can request an exchange through any of the following methods:
1. Raise a Request from Your Account
Log in to your customer account and submit an exchange request directly from the “My Orders” section.

Please include the following details:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Required Size
- Reason for Exchange
- Product images (in case of damaged or incorrect items)
Exchange Process
- Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup (subject to service availability in your area).
- After the returned product passes quality inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched.
- Exchange processing usually takes 5–7 business days.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags
- Customized products
- Final sale or non-returnable items
