1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (depending on your location), provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

2. Which items are eligible for return or exchange?

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in new condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with all original tags and labels attached—within 7 days of the delivery date.

3. How do I initiate a return?

You can initiate a return by logging into your account, going to the ‘My Orders’ section, and selecting ‘Return’ next to the item you wish to return. You’ll receive instructions and a return shipping label via email.

4. When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for the amount to be credited to your account.

5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchange products will be delivered within 7 days. If there are any issues after receiving the product, you can request an exchange return. Please initiate the exchange process online or reach out to our support team at hello@thedapperx.com.

6. What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The defective product we will replace and product delivered within 7 days. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with photos of the damage, so we can assist you promptly.
