1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (depending on your location), provided the items are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note:
- Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) include a ₹99 shipping charge at checkout.
- This ₹99 shipping charge is non-refundable in case of returns.
- Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping.
2. Which items are eligible for return ?
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. How do I initiate a return ?
You can initiate a return or exchange by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section. Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.

4. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
- Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, the ₹99 shipping charge collected at checkout is non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 7–14 business days after the product is received and approved for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to product availability.
Once your exchange request is approved, the replacement product will typically be delivered within 7 days. If you face any issue with the received product, you may raise an exchange request again within the eligible period.

6. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.
